Enzyme-Catalyzed Irreversible Acyl Transfer

This paper reviews the present state of enzyme-catalyzed acyltransfer reactions, which represent a highly useful method for the transformation of alcoholic and amino functional groups in a chemo-, regio- and enantioselective fashion. 1.
