Zur Kombination von INH-Prophylaxe und BCG-Schutzimpfung

Zusammenfassung

Unsere Untersuchungen berechtigen zu der Annahme, daß eine Kombination von Isonicotinsäurehydrazid-Prophylaxe und BCG-Impfung nicht nur unter der Abschirmung mit Hilfe INH-resistenter Impfbakterien, sondern auch bei Anwendung einer INH-normalempfindlichen Vakzine und intermittierender Darreichung einen beachtlichen Superinfektionsschutz entwickelt.

Summary

On the basis of experimental results obtained in guinea-pigs it is suggested that the prophylactic administration of isoniazid combined with BCG immunization provides effective protection against tuberculous superinfection. The results were the same whether or not the BCG strain used was resistant to isoniazid.

La combinación de la profilaxis con INH y de la vacunación preventiva con BCG

Nuestras investigaciones autorizan para aceptar, que una combinación de la profilaxis con hidracida del ácido isonicotínico (INH) y de la vacunación con el bacilo Calmette-Guerin (BCG) desarrolla una protección notable contra la reinfección, no sólo preservando con ayuda de bacterias vacunales resistentes a la INH, sino también aplicando una vacuna de sensibilidad normal a la INH y con administración intermitente.
