Die zwei dargestellten Fälle illustrieren die anatomischen und hamodynamischen Verhältnisse, welche bei angeborener Trikuspidalatresie auftreten, einmal mit gleichzeitiger Transposition der großen Gefaße, ein anderes Mal bei normaler Lage dieser Gefaße.

Summary

Two patients were described; they illustrate the anatomical and haemodynamic findings in congenital tricuspid atresia. In one patient there was an associated transposition of the great vessels. In the other these were normally situated.

Les deux cas présentés illustrent les rapports anatomiques et hémodynamiques rencontrés dans l'atrésie congénitale de la tricuspide accompagnée dans un cas d'une transposition des grands vaisseaux alors que l'autre cas montrait une situation normale de ces derniers.
