Verletzungsprävention ist für Sportler essenziell. Einseitige Trainingsbelastungen, verstärkte Valgusstellung, asymmetrisches Landeverhalten und mangelnde Kraft und Rumpfstabilität erhöhen beispielsweise das Risiko für vordere Kreuzbandrupturen. Gezieltes Training hilft, diese zu vermeiden.
