Zusammenfassung

Der Missbrauch psychotroper Substanzen ist in hohem Maße mit antisozialem Verhalten verquickt. Von allen Substanzen hat dabei Alkohol sowohl in quantitativer als auch in qualitativer Hinsicht die größte Bedeutung. Gerade bei männlichen Alkoholabhängigen sind immer wieder hohe Komorbiditätsraten mit antisozialen Störungen gefunden worden. Repräsentative epidemiologische Studien zeigen eine Komorbidität zwischen Alkoholabhängigkeit und Antisozialer Persönlichkeitsstörung ASP von 38 %. Katamnestisch erweist sich diese Gruppe als besonders schwer zu behandeln. Deshalb werden verbesserte Präventions- und Behandlungsformen für diese Personengruppe als dringend notwendig erachtet. Exemplarische Behandlungsansätze werden vorgeschlagen.

Antisocial Behaviour, Antisocial Personality Disorder and Alcohol Independence

The abuse of psychotropic substances is highly confounded with the risk of violent behaviour. This especially is true for alcohol. Male alcohol dependents frequently show elevated rates for alcoholism and antisocial personality disorder (APD) comorbidity. Representative epidemiological studies have shown comorbidity rates of 38 %. Follow-up studies of treated alcohol dependent subjects have repeatedly yielded decreased success rates for those individuals suffering also from APD. Thus, increased efforts for the prevention and treatment of comorbid patients (alcoholism and APD) are of primary necessity. Some clinical examples of such approaches finally are given.
