Zusammenfassung

Die Plazenta percreta ist eine seltenes Ereignis in der Geburtshilfe. Wir berichten über eine Uterusruptur am wehenlosen Uterus in der 22. SSW hervorgerufen durch eine Plazenta percreta, die histologisch bestätigt werden konnte. Ursächliche Faktoren und therapeutisches Verhalten werden diskutiert.

Abstract

The placenta percreta is a rare event in pregnancy. A case of spontaneous rupture of the Uterus in the 22nd week caused by placenta percreta (verified by histological examination) is described. Causal facts and therapeutic aspects are discussed.
