Computermakroprogramm zur Osteoszintimetrie mit Aktivitätsprofilen bei Morbus Perthes

Zusammenfassung

Ein Computermakroprogramm wird vorgestellt, das eine quantitative Szintigraphie durch Aktivitätsprofile ermöglicht. Der Neigungswinkel und die Breite des Profils sind variabel, so daß durch ein Schrägprofil im rechten Winkel zur Femurkopfepiphysenfuge deren Aktivität und die der Femurkopfepiphyse bestimmt werden können. Aus den Meßwerten der erkrankten und der gesunden Hüfte werden die Speicherquotienten (Q) gebildet. Diese geben an, um wieviel Mal mehr oder weniger der erkrankte Femurkopf und seine Epiphysenfuge im Vergleich mit der gesunden Seite speichern. Die Methode und die Ergebnisse werden diskutiert.

Summary

A computer macro-programme has been developed wich permits quantitative scintigraphy by means of an activity profile. The slope and width of the profile are variable; a view at right angles to the epiphyseal plate of the fmeoral head is able to determine activity in the plate and in the epiphysis. Measurements of the abnormal and normal hip produce uptake rates. These indicate to what extent the abnormal femoral head and epiphyseal plate differ from the normal side, with respect ot their uptake. The method and results are discussed.
