Phantomschmerz – Phänomenologie und kortikale Veränderungen

Zusammenfassung
Der Phantomschmerz bezeichnet das Phänomen schmerzhafter Erfahrungen in amputierten Körperteilen. Zurückzuführen ist der Schmerz wohl auf maladaptive Veränderungen von Nervenbahnen in der Peripherie sowie im Gehirn und Rückenmark.
