Abstract
The selective reduction of hydroperoxyacetals to aldehydes by
sodium triacetoxyborohydride provides the basis for a mild one-pot
synthesis of amines from alkenes.
Key words
ozonolysis - hydroperoxyacetal - reductive
amination - amine - sodium triacetoxyborohydride
