Kolorektales Karzinom

Das kolorektale Karzinom ist in Deutschland bei Männern die dritthäufigste und bei Frauen die zweithäufigste Krebserkrankung. In den letzten Jahren sind Inzidenz und Mortalität nun erstmals leicht rückläufig – hierbei dürfte die Einführung der Vorsorgekoloskopie eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Dieser Beitrag fasst den aktuellen Stand von Screening und Vorsorge sowie Diagnostik und Therapie des kolorektalen Karzinoms zusammen.
