Zystische Tumoren des Pankreas in der MRT

Zysten im Pankreas werden häufig zufällig entdeckt. Sie kommen in der Größenordnung von 3 bis 13% bei asymptomatischen Patienten vor. Aufgabe des Radiologen ist es, ihren Inhalt, ihr Kontrastverhalten, eventuelle Einblutungen und Septen zu charakterisieren und damit möglichst Aussagen zu ihrer Genese zu treffen. Dabei ist die MRT das wichtigste Verfahren.
