Das subakromiale Schmerzsyndrom (SSS) ist der Grund für 50–86 % der schulterbezogenen Arztbesuche [1], [2]. Es hängt maßgeblich mit einer veränderten skapulären Mechanik zusammen [3], [4]. Meist ist dabei der M. pectoralis minor verkürzt oder hyperton. Welcher Mechanismus dahintersteckt, ist bislang unklar [5], [6].
