Fachkräfte stoßen jedoch häufig auf reduzierte Motivation der Lernenden, die die Veranstaltungen eher als „Zwang“ wahrnehmen. Dieser dialogische Diskurs erörtert schrittweise die Problematik „Pflichtschulungen“.
