Nichtobstruktive Myokardischämie in der CT

Nicht jeder Patient mit Angina pectoris hat angiografisch signifikante Stenosen. Dennoch kann eine relevante Minderperfusion vorliegen (INOCA). Das diagnostische und therapeutische Management der Betroffenen verschiebt die Frage Stenose ja oder nein zur Differenzierung: Welcher Phänotyp der koronaren Herzerkrankung liegt vor? Die CORE320-Studie zeigte den Nutzen der CT-Angiografie mit Perfusionsdiagnostik, Häufigkeit und Charakteristiken der INOCA und vergleichbare Ergebnisse der Kombination Koronarangiografie/SPECT.
