Impfungen sind und bleiben ein großer Fortschritt in der Medizin, und die Impfprävention
von Infektionskrankheiten ist ein Meilenstein, auf den wir stolz sein dürfen. Dieser
Artikel thematisiert relevantes Wissen rund um die tägliche Impfpraxis der dermatologischen
Patienten in Zeiten der COVID-19-Pandemie. Darüber hinaus werden argumentative Hilfen
zu den Gesprächen mit zweifelnden und skeptischen Patienten angeboten.
Abstract
Vaccinations were and will remain a major advance in medicine, and the prevention
of infectious diseases by vaccination is a milestone that we can be proud of and whose
effectiveness must continuously be defended. With this article we do not want to repeat
the extensive basics of vaccination medicine again; in this regard, reference is made
to the relevant literature and in particular to the recommendations of the Robert
Koch Institute. From our point of view, we address relevant knowledge about the daily
vaccination practice of dermatological patients and focus on a summary of everyday
highly relevant questions. In particular, we would like to offer argumentative aids
to the time-consuming discussions with doubting and sceptical patients that are well
known and feared in everyday clinical practice.
