Tremor ist die häufigste Bewegungsstörung und kann isoliert, im Rahmen von neurologischen
Erkrankungen sowie im Rahmen von Erkrankungen anderer Fachgebiete oder auch als Folge
von Medikamenten auftreten. Die Vielfalt der klinischen Präsentation, der Ätiologie
und der Therapie macht die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der klinischen diagnostischen
und therapeutischen Konzepte notwendig. Dieser Beitrag stellt den aktuellen Stand
der praxisbezogenen Kenntnisse und Empfehlungen vor.
Tremor is the most common movement disorder, occurring as an isolated tremor syndrome,
as a symptom of neurological diseases or diseases from other medical specialty fields,
or after the intake of drugs / toxins. The heterogeneous variety of the clinical presentations,
the etiologies, and the therapeutical options require the continuous development of
the clinical concepts in tremor disorders. This review summarizes the current state
of the art of the clinical recommendations for the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
in tremor.
