First-Line-SIRT bei hepatisch metastasierten Uveamelanomen

Melanome der mittleren Augenhaut sind insgesamt selten, aber gleichzeitig die häufigsten primären intraokularen Malignome Erwachsener. Eine Lebermetastasierung reduziert das Überleben deutlich. Die selektive intraarterielle Radiotherapie mit ⁹⁰Yttrium-Mikrosphären (SIRT) war in der retrospektiven Studie wirksam und sicher.
