Zusammenfassung
Psychiatrische Notfälle stellen seit vielen Jahren eine relevante Einsatzursache für
den Notarzt dar. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden die Empfehlungen der jüngst erschienenen
S2k-Leitline Notfallpsychiatrie für den Notarzt zusammengefasst. Dabei wird der Fokus
auf das praktische Vorgehen in der Notfallsituation gelegt. Im ersten Teil werden
die erforderlichen diagnostischen Maßnahmen, das Verhalten im Erstkontakt und die
Möglichkeiten der psychotherapeutischen und psychopharmakologischen Krisenintervention
beschrieben. Nachfolgend wird die Versorgung der wichtigsten notfallpsychiatrischen
Syndrome und Störungen dargestellt.
Abstract
Psychiatric emergencies are for many years among the most relevant reasons for calls
in the pre-clinical emergency medical system in Germany. This paper summarizes the
recommendations of the recently published S2k-Guideline “Emergency Psychiatry” for
the use of the pre-clinical emergency physician, focusing on the practical use in
scene. In the first part, an overview is given on necessary diagnostic procedures,
the conduct in the first-contact situation and the options for psychotherapeutic and
psychopharmacological crisis intervention. Subsequently, the standard of care for
the most relevant psychiatric syndromes and disturbances is described.
