Die dynamische Navigation mit X-Guide – Erfahrungen zu einer neuen Implantationstechnik

Eine exakte chirurgische Implantatpositionierung erleichtert die Herstellung und Eingliederung der prothetischen Konstruktion ganz erheblich. Durch die Entwicklung aufwendiger Softwaresysteme kann man heute Bohrschablonen fertigen, die eine statisch navigierte Implantatsetzung in hinreichender Präzision ermöglichen. Bei der hier vorgestellten weiterentwickelten dynamischen 3-D-Navigation handelt sich um ein interaktives Verfahren, bei dem der Implantologe während des Eingriffs kontinuierlich die Implantatposition am Monitor kontrolliert und dabei keine Bohrschablone benötigt. Die Vorgehensweise bei diesem neuartigen Verfahren wird beschrieben und die Besonderheiten in Arbeitsablauf, Routinegewinn und Präzision werden diskutiert.
