Olivier Ragi et al. One-year results of gastric peroral endoscopic myotomy for refractory gastroparesis: a French multicenter study

Peroral pyloromyotomy (G-POEM) for refractory gastroparesis was found in this multicenter study to be effective in almost two-thirds of patients after 1 year. A high score on the preoperative Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index (GCSI) satiety subscale was predictive of clinical success.
