Eine Osteogenesis imperfecta ist eine seltene Erkrankung des Kollagenstoffwechsels, die zu Frakturen, Kleinwuchs und Deformität von Knochen führt. Anhand einer klinischen Kasuistik werden die Prinzipien einer Rehabilitation beschrieben.
