Mammakarzinom: Texturanalyse zur Prädiktion des Therapieansprechens

Die neoadjuvante Chemotherapie ist bei großen Mammakarzinomen die Therapie der Wahl, und bei Patienten mit vollständigem pathologischem Ansprechen (pCR) wird eine nachfolgende Operation in Zukunft wahrscheinlich nicht mehr nötig sein. Umso wichtiger wird es sein, diese Patienten/-innen frühzeitig zu identifizieren, um so die Behandlung entsprechend individuell anpassen zu können.
