SOP Präklinisches Management von Breitkammerkomplextachykardien

Breitkammerkomplextachykardien stellen eine besondere Herausforderung in der Notfallmedizin dar. Die definitive Diagnose ventrikuläre Tachykardie (VT) bei einer Breitkammerkomplextachykardie zu stellen, ist in der Akutsituation manchmal unmöglich. Dennoch muss abhängig von der klinischen Präsentation des Patienten sofort eine adäquate und sichere Therapie eingeleitet werden. In dieser komplexen, fehleranfälligen Situation sind klare Algorithmen in Form einer SOP sehr hilfreich.
