Covid-19 in der Zahnmedizin

Die Pandemie des Coronavirus beeinträchtigt Patienten und Zahnärzte in Praxen, Universitäten und Forschungseinrichtungen seit Anfang 2020 in einem bisher kaum dagewesenen Ausmaß. Es gibt unmittelbare Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit der Ärzte und Teammitglieder mit der Folge, dass Abläufe durch emotionale Belastung, Krankheit, Quarantäne usw. erheblich in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden. Mittel- und langfristig zeigen sich inzwischen gesundheitliche Folgen für den Einzelnen, aber auch wirtschaftliche Ausfälle, die ein funktionierendes System wie die hochwertige zahnmedizinische Versorgung in existenzielle Not bringen kann.
