Im zweiten Teil unserer Artikel-Serie „Selbstfürsorge“ geht es um das Thema mitfühlende Führung. Das bedeutet nicht nur, auf die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter*innen einzugehen, sondern auch, sich selbst besser wahrzunehmen.
