Diversität als Treiber für unser Fach

Die Radiologie steht vor großen Herausforderungen durch Fachkräftemangel und eine zunehmend diverse, das heißt vielfältige Gesellschaft. Eine gezielte Förderung von Diversität in Herkunft, Generationen und Geschlecht bis in die Führungsebene ist entscheidend, um Innovationskraft, Qualität und Attraktivität des Fachs zu sichern. Um die Vorteile diverser Teams zu nutzen, sind grundlegende Veränderungen und neue Definitionen von Führung notwendig.
