Zusammenfassung
Die Oberflächen-Elektromyographie (OEMG) ist ein Verfahren, das qualitative und
quantitative Aussagen zu muskulärer Beanspruchung, Belastung und Ermüdung
ermöglicht. In der Arbeitsmedizin, Arbeitsphysiologie und Arbeitswissenschaft
kann sie sowohl in Labor und Feld als nichtinvasive und objektive Methode zur
Analyse der Wirkung beruflicher Expositionen und Gestaltung von Tätigkeiten
angewandt werden. Sie richtet sich an WissenschaftlerInnen im Bereich der
Arbeitsphysiologie, Arbeitswissenschaft und Arbeitsmedizin sowie an ExpertInnen
im Bereich Ergonomie und Arbeitsschutz. Um Studienqualität und Aussagekraft
praktischer Arbeitsplatzbewertungen zu erhöhen, aggregiert die Leitlinie
anerkannte methodische Standards für die Anwendung der OEMG und die
Interpretation der ermittelten Kenngrößen. Die Zusammensetzung der
Leitliniengruppe erfüllt die Anforderungen für das S2K Niveau. Die
Verabschiedung der Leitlinien-Empfehlungen erfolgte in einer strukturierten und
dokumentierten Konsensusfindung.
Abstract
Surface electromyography (SEMG) is a method that provides qualitative and
quantitative information on muscular strain, stress and fatigue. In occupational
medicine, occupational physiology and occupational science, it can be used both
in the laboratory and in the field as a non-invasive and objective method for
analysing the effects of occupational exposure and job design. It is aimed at
scientists in the fields of occupational physiology, occupational science and
occupational medicine, as well as experts in the fields of ergonomics and
occupational safety. In order to improve the quality of studies and the
informative value of practical workplace assessments, the guideline aggregates
recognised methodological standards for the application of SEMG and the
interpretation of the parameters determined. The composition of the guideline
group meets the requirements for the S2K level. The guideline recommendations
were adopted in a structured and documented consensus-building process.
