Burnout bei Physiotherapeut*innen: die Rolle von Perfektionismus und moralischer Verletzung
Article in several languages: deutsch | EnglishAuthors
Summary
Background
Burnout among physiotherapists is a growing challenge and is no longer exclusively regarded as an individual phenomenon, but as the result of structural, organizational and profession-specific stresses [1]. In addition to work-related time pressure, staff shortages and high demands, internal expectations and ethical and moral conflicts are also increasingly coming into focus.
