Abstract

Thyroxine-binding globulin was measured by radial immunodiffusion using ten microliters of serum. The mean value in a normal group was 1.95 ± 0.38 mg/dl. The values obtained by this method were in good agreement with the thyroxine-binding capacity determined by paper electrophoresis (r = 0.956).
