Zusammenfassung
Es wird über die Entwicklung und Arbeitsweise einer Selbsteinschätzungsskala berichtet,
die für die Durchführung von Zeitgestaltanalysen des Verlaufs manisch-depressiver
Psychosen geeignet ist und nicht zu einem Gesamt-Depressivitätsscore, sondern zu je
einem Stimmungs- und einem Antriebsscore führt. Die Skala eignet sich besonders für
den Aufbau sehr langer Zeitreihen und zur Verfolgung der Verhältnisse bei den sog.
manisch-depressiven Mischbildern (Stimmungs-Antriebs-Entmischungen).

The Eppendorf Mood and Drive Scale
A self rating scale to reflect the course of manic-depressive psychosis.
The subject of this report is the development of a self rating scale which assists
in performing time series analysis of the course of manic-depressive illness which
does not lead to a global depressivity score but generates both a mood score and a
drive score. This instrument is designed to compile long-range series and to study
the situation of manic-depressive mixed states (mood and drive separation).
