Abstract
In the tissue-cultures of the cotyledones and leaves of Digitalis purpurea 13 resp.
IS cardenolides could be proved and some of them identified. Further investigations
showed that number and quantity of cardenolides decrease by continuing the invitro-cultivation.
Zusammenfassung
In Gewebekulturen aus Keim– und Laubblättern aus Digitalis purpurea konnten 13 bzw.
15 Cardenolide nachgewiesen und zum Teil identifiziert iverden. Die Untersuchungen
ergaben ferner, daß die Zahl und Menge der Cardenolide im Laufe der In–vitro–Kultivierung
abnimmt.
