Summary

A new method of direct inspection of the pancreas during laparoscopy, called infragastric pancreoscopy, is described. The first successful examination in vivo was recently used by us without complications.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine neue Methode der direkten endoskopischen Betrachtung des Pankreas, die infragastrische Pankreoskopie, berichtet. Die erste erfolgreiche Untersuchung wurde kürzlich von unserer Arbeitsgruppe durchgeführt.
