Summary

The combination of the counter-pressure-autoscopy in local anaesthesia by Brünings with the microlaryngoscopy by Kleinsasser heightens the diagnostic useful value of both methods of investigation. Instrumental and methodic conditions are described as well as the technical performance of the procedure. By decreasing the removal pressure at the same time the microlaryngoscopic counterpressure method is excellently tolerated by all patients.

Zusammenfassung

Die Kombination der Gegendruckautoskopie nach Brünings in Lokalanästhesie mit der Mikrolaryngoskopie nach Kleinsasser steigert den diagnostischen Nutzwert beider Untersuchungsverfahren. Instrumentelle und methodische Voraussetzung sowie die technische Durchführung des Eingriffes werden geschildert. Durch die gleichzeitige Verminderung des Verdrängungsdruckes wird die mikrolaryngoskopische Gegendruckmethode von allen Kranken gut toleriert.
