Zusammenfassung
Anhand des eigenen Krankengutes von 136 Herzschrittmacherpatienten wird das Problem
der Elektrodendislokation diskutiert. 79% Verläufen ohne Dislokation stehen 21 % Elektrodendislokationen
gegenüber. Dabei liegt die Dislokationsfrequenz der Elema-, Biotronic- und Medtronic-
Elektroden mit 25% deutlich höher als die der General-Electric-Elektrode (17%) und
der Elek- trode von Devices (8%). Auf die Möglichkeit der Elektrodendislokation durch
Zugwirkung an der Elektrode infolge fehlerhafter Schrittmacherimplantationstechnik
und ihre Verhütungsmög- lichkeit wird hingewiesen. Durch Verwendung implantationsgeeigneter
Intrakardialelektroden und Beachtung einer entsprechenden Technik muß getrachtet werden,
die Dislokationsfrequenz herabzusetzen.
Summary
The problem of electrode-dislocation is discussed by means of the own 136 patients.
79% of the patients had no dislocation but there are 21% of patients with dislocation
of the intracardiac electrode. The frequency of dislocation of Elema, Biotronic an
Medtronic-Electrode lies with 25% significantly higher than that of the General Electric
electrode (17%) and the Devices electrode (8%). The possibility of retracting the
electrode because of an incorrect technic of the implantation of the pacemaker and
their prevention is demonstrated. The use of electrodes that are qualified for implantation,
and an appropriate implantation-technic is recommended for diminution of the dislocation
frequency.
