Zusammenfassung
Es wird über klinische Erscheinungen, Morphologie und Dirferentialdiagnose multipler
Rundherde der Lungen bei einer 37jährigen Frau berichtet, die röntgenologisch seit
über 14 Jahren bekannt sind. Es handelt sich um seltene Adenofibromyome, die als hamartogene
Geschwülste angesehen werden. Für die Lungentumoren wird in ihrer Gesamtheit die Bezeichnung
benigne adenofibromyomatöse Hamartomatose vorgeschlagen.
Summary
Clinical appearance, morphology and differential diagnosis of multiple circular foci
of the lungs in a 37-year old woman are reported. The foci had been recognised radiologically
more than 14 years previously. They were found to be due to rare adenofibromyomas
which can be regarded as hamartogenous tumours. The designation adenofibromyomatous
hamartomatosis is suggested for the pulmonary tumours.
Résumé
Une femme de 37 ans présente de multiples foyers ronds des plages pulmonaires. Etude
de la clinique, de la morphologie et du diagnostic différentiel de cette affection,
dont l'image radiologique a permis d'en suivre l'évolution pendant plus de 14 ans.
Il s'agit d'une affection rare: l'adénofibromyome pulmonaire, qui est considéré comme
une tumeur du groupe des hamartomes. Pour les formes pulmonaires les auteurs proposent
la dénomination de: »hamartomatose adénofibromyomateuse bénigne.«
