Zusammenfassung
Peganin wurde erstmalig nachgewiesen in Linaria genislifolia, L. purpurea, L. ventricosa und L. dalmatica. Aus letztgenannter Art wurde kristallines d,l–Peganin isoliert. Eine Anzahl anderer
Linaria–Arten erwies sich als alkaloidfrei.
Die Verteilung des Alkaloidvorkommens während der Vegetationsperiode, getrennt bestimmt
in Wurzeln, Stengeln und Blättern, ist in den Tabellen 1–3 mitgeteilt.
Summary
Peganin (= vasicin) was shown to be present in Linaria gemstifolia, L. purpurea, L. ventricosa and L. dalmatica. (±)–Peganin was isolated from the last mentioned species. A number of species of Linaria was found to be devoid of alkaloids.
Tables 1 to 3 show the amount of peganin present in different organs and in different
development stages of the species mentioned.
