Summary

A case of double coarctation situated at 2 cm. distance is reported where a patch grafting procedure was prefered to a tube graft with a good primary result.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine doppelte Aortenisthmusstenose (in 2 cm Abstand) berichtet, die anstelle des üblichen Einsatzes einer Kunststoffprothese erfolgreich mit einem patch graft korrigiert wurde.

Résumé

Nous communiquons un double cas de coarctation de l'aorte distant de 2cm., où le procédé ≪patch grafting≫ est préféré au ≪tube graft≫. Le résultat primaire de ce traitement fut excellent.
