Zusammenfassung
Es wird über Krankheitsverlauf und Diagnose einer großen arteriovenösen Koronarfistel
berichtet. Bei der manifest inkompensierten 55jährigen Patientin konnte die Schließung
der Fistel unter Einsatz einer extrakorporalen Zirkulation erfolgreich durchgeführt
werden. Die prä- und postoperativen Verhältnisse werden durch supravalvuläre Aortographien
dargestellt.
Summary
Case history and diagnosis of a large arteriovenous coronary shunt are reported. In
a woman 55 years of age with manifest cardiac decompensation, closure of the fistula
was achieved with the help of extracorporeal circulation. Supravalvular aortography
served to demonstrate pre- and postoperative conditions.
Résumé
Nous communiquons l'évolution clinique et le diagnostic d'une fistule coronarienne
artérioveineuse importante. Il s'agit d'une patiente de 55 ans, décompensée. L'intervention
pour la fermeture de cette fistule eut lieu sous circulation extracorporelle. Grâce
à des aortographies supravalvulaires nous possédons des données pré et postopératoires.
