Zusammenfassung
Es wird über eine erweiterte Pneumonektomie mit Resektion der Trachealbifurkation
bei einem Fall von Karzinom des rechten Oberlappenbronchus berichtet. Hingewiesen
wird auf die Wichtigkeit der Angiographie der A. bronchialis im Rahmen der Voruntersuchung
und auf den Wert der Röntgenbestrahlung als den Eingriff vorbereitende therapeutische
Maßnahme. Die Indikation zur Bifurkationsresektion stellt sich im Rahmen der Chirurgie
des Bronchialkarzinoms relativ häufig; der Eingriff sollte bezüglich Indikation und
Technik zu einer Standardoperation ausgebaut werden.
Summary
An extended pneumonectomy with resection of the tracheal bifurcation in a case of
carcinoma of the bronchus of the right upper lobe is reported. The importance of angiography
of the bronchial artery in the preoperative examinations and the value of X-irradiation
as a preoperative therapeutic measure are stressed. Indication to resection of the
bifurcation occurs relatively frequently in the field of surgery of bronchial carcinomas.
The operation should be standardised regarding indication and technique.
