Zusammenfassung
Es wurde ein für Stuhl und Gase kontinenter Kolostomieverschluß entwickelt. Bei dieser
Methode wird ein magnetischer Ring subkutan implantiert und durch das Lumen das Kolon
nach außen geführt und mit der Haut vernäht. Der Kolostomieverschluß erfolgt durch
einen magnetischen Deckel. Diese Methode hat sich bei 17 Patienten, bei denen wegen
einer Rektumamputation eine endständige Kolostomie angelegt werden mußte, bisher ausgezeichnet
bewährt.
Summary
A new method of providing a colostomy continent for faeces and gas is described. It
consists of the subcutaneous implantation of a magnetic ring which is led outside
through the lumen of the colon and sutured to the skin. The colostomy is closed with
a magnetic cover. The procedure has been used in 17 patients with a permanent colostomy
after rectal excision and has been highly successful.
