Zusammenfassung
Bei zwei Frauen wurde eine nahrungsmittelinduzierte immunhämolytische Anämie beobachtet,
die durch eine Sensibilisierung gegen Antigene aus Paxillus involutus hervorgerufen
worden war. In beiden Fällen kam es nach erneutem Verzehr der Kremplinge infolge massiver
Hämolyse mit nachfolgendem Schock zu einem akuten Nierenversagen. Im Serum der Patientinnen
konnten spezifische Antikörper nachgewiesen werden, die in Gegenwart eines Lyophilisates
aus Paxillus involutus zu Agglutination und Hämolyse autogener und allogener Erythrozyten
führten.
Summary
Two women developed an haemolytic anaemia after eating Paxillus involutus, the result
of sensitization by its antigens. In both instances massive haemolysis with subsequent
shock and acute renal failure occurred after renewed eating of Paxillus. Specific
antibodies were demonstrated in the serum of both patients which, in the presence
of lyophilisates from Paxillus involutus, caused agglutination and haemolysis of both
autogenic and allogenic red blood cells.

Fracaso renal agudo por anemia inmunohemolítica tras la ingestión de Paxillus involutus
En dos mujeres se observó una anemia hemolítica inducida por alimentos, la cual había
sido causada por una sensibilización frente al antígeno del Paxillus involutus. En
ambos casos se instauró un fracaso renal agudo debido a una hemolisis masiva con shock
consecutivo tras la repetida ingestión de los hongos. En el suero de ambas pacientes
pudieron combrobarse anticuerpos específicos, que dieron lugar a una aglutinación
y hemólisis de eritrocitos autógenos y alógenos en presencia de un liofilizado de
Paxillus involutus.
