Zusammenfassung
Bei zwölf gesunden Personen wurde im Zytoplasma von Lymphozyten eine Zellorganelle
gefunden; sie war in etwa 1—5% der peripheren Lymphozyten festzustellen. Zum Teil
ist sie von einer Doppelmembran umgeben, ihr Durchmesser beträgt bis zu 0,7μ . Sie
ist aus tubulären Strukturen mit einem jeweiligen Durchmesser von etwa 200—300 Å aufgebaut,
Aktivität saurer Phosphatase ist nicht nachzuweisen. Möglicherweise ist die Zellorganelle
aus Proteinen und Phospholipiden zusammengesetzt; ihre Funktion ist unbekannt.
Summary
In 12 healthy persons a cell-organelle was found within the cytoplasm of lymphocytes
of about 1—5% of peripheral lymphocytes. Some of them are surrounded by a double membrane,
its diameter being up to 0.7 µ. It is made up of tubular structures with a diameter
of about 200—300 A without demonstrable acid-phosphatase activity. It is possible
that the cell-organelle is made of proteins and phospholipids; its function remains
unknown.

¿Nuevo organoide en los linfocitos periféricos?
En 12 personas sanas se encontró en el citoplasma de los linfocitos un organoide,
pudiéndose comprobar su presencia en cerca de un 1—5% de los linfocitos periféricos.
Estaba en parte rodeado de una doble membrana, alcanzando un diámetro de hasta 0,7
µ. Está formado por estructuras tubulares de un diámetro individual de aproximadamente
200—300 Å, no habiéndose podido comprobar la actividad de las fosfatasas acidas. El
organoide se compone posiblemente de proteínas y fosfolípidos, desconociéndose su
función.
