Die rezidivierend cholestatische Verlaufsform der chronisch aggressiven Hepatitis

Zusammenfassung

Klinische Beobachtungen und histologische Befunde ergaben bei vier Patienten ein Krankheitsbild, das durch die Kombination einer chronisch aggressiven Hepatitis und rezidivierender Ikterusschübe infolge einer intrahepatischen Cholestase gekennzeichnet ist. Es wird als »rezidivierend cholestatische Verlaufsform der chronisch aggressiven Hepatitis« gedeutet.

Summary

Clinical and histological findings in four patients with a combination of chronic progressive hepatitis and recurrent bouts of jaundice as a result of intrahepatic cholestasis are described. It is proposed to call this type of hepatitis »recurrent cholestatic form of chronic progressive hepatitis«.

Las observaciones clínicas y los hallazgos histológicos mostraron en cuatro pacientes un cuadro patológico caracterizado por la combinación de una hepatitis agresiva crónica y de brotes ictéricos recidivantes consecutivos a una colestasis intrahepática. Se interpreta como »forma evolutiva colestática de la hepatitis agresiva crónica«.
