Zusammenfassung
An 12, zum Teil über 15 Jahre beobachteten Fällen von generalisiertem Erythematodes
werden Diagnose, Verlauf, Prognose und Therapie besprochen. Neben Antibiotikatherapie,
die in jedem Fall indiziert ist, müssen hauptsächlich schädliche Noxen, wie Sulfonamidtherapie,
Sonnenbestrahlung und Bluttransfusionen vermieden werden. Die Prognose ist nicht so
schlecht, wie bisher angenommen wurde.
Summary
Twelve cases of the disease, seen between 1945 and 1960 (some followed for 15 years)
are reported and the diagnosis, course, prognosis and treatment of the condition discussed.
Antibiotic treatment is always indicated, while sulphonamides, sun-ray treatment and
blood transfusions must be avoided. The prognosis is felt to be rather better than
generally assumed.

Sobre el pronóstico y el transcurso del lupus eritematodes generalizado
Sobre 12 casos de eritematodes generalizado, observados en parte durante más de 15
años, se reseñan el diagnóstico, transcurso, pronóstico y la terapia. La terapia de
antibióticos está indicada en todos los casos, mientras que hay que evitar principalmente
influencias nocivas, tales como la terapia de sulfonamidas, radiación solar y transfusiones
de sangre. El pronóstico no es tan malo como se suponía hasta ahora.
