Schema zur Untersuchung der Plexus-brachialis-Verletzungen

Zusammenfassung

Auf einem Schema des Plexus brachialis und der durch ihn innervierten Muskeln werden zur Erleichterung der Lokalisationsdiagnostik zunächst die gelähmten beziehungsweise geschwächten Muskeln in einem Schemaanteil gekennzeichnet. Dann werden die betroffenen Nerven in den anderen Schemaanteil verfolgt, wodurch die Verletzungsstelle kenntlich wird.

Summary

A plan for the systematic investigation of brachial-plexus injury is described and a diagram on which the findings can be entered reproduced. The location of paralysed or weakened muscles is marked on one part, while that of the involved nerves is marked on the other part of the diagram: the site of injury is thus clearly shown.

Sobre un esquema del plexo braquial y de los músculos inervados por el mismo, y con el fin de facilitar el diagnóstico de localización, se señalan primero, en un fragmento esquemático, los músculos paralizados o debilitados. En otro fragmento esquemático se sigue el curso de los nervios afectados, haciendo posible la localización de la lesión.
