Introduction
Duplication of the bladder is a very rare congenital anomaly that is usually associated with other congenital anomalies. Numerous combinations of these malformations present diagnostic as well as therapeutic challenges. Duplication of the bladder can be complete or incomplete, and occur in the coronal or sagittal plane. We present an unusual case of a boy with complete duplication of the bladder in the sagittal plane, combined with urethral and penile duplication with a wide gap.
