Zusammenfassung
Zur direkten Größenbestimmung bei Körperschichtaufnahmen wird ein Meßlineal in die
gleiche Schichttiefe gebracht und daher auf dem Film scharf abgebildet. Hierdurch
werden die beiden Koordinaten der Schichtebene gegeben, die dritte wird durch die
Schichttiefe dargestellt. Diese genaue Lagebestimmung im Raum und ihre Projektion
auf die Körperoberfläche mittels des Meßlineals sowie ihre Anwendung zu therapeutischen
Zwecken (Pendelbestrahlung usw.) werden erläutert.
Summary
In order to determine the real size with tomography a ruler is placed at the height
of the particular layer and thus sharply imaged on the film. In this way the two coordinates
of the layer of interest are given, the third being given by the height at which the
layer is cut. This accurate determination of the position in space and its projection
on the surface of the body with the aid of the ruler and its use for therapeutic purposes
(pendulum irradiation) are discussed.
Résumé
Pour mesurer les dimensions sur une coupe tomographique, on utilise une règle graduée
qui est placée sur le plan de coupe. Cette règle est bien visible sur la radiographie.
On peut obtenir ainsi les deux coordonnées du plan de coupe, et la 3 e représente
la profondeur de la coupe. Cette localisation précise dans l'espace et sa projection
sur la surface du corps à l'aide d'une règle graduée sont ensuite exposées, ainsi
que leur utilisation pour des traitements thérapeutiques (irradiation pendulaire,
etc.).
Resumen
Para la valoración directa del tamaño en tomografías se lleva una regla de medida
a la misma profundidad del corte con lo cual se reproduce nítidamente a nivel del
film. Se dan las dos coordinadas del plano de corte, la tercera está dada por la profundidad
del corte. La situación precisa en el espacio y su proyección por medio de la regla
de medida así como también su aplicación con fines terapéuticos (irradiación pendular,
etc.) se comentan.
