Zur Röntgensymptomatologie des Retothelsarkoms des Magens

Zusammenfassung

Retothelsarkome des Magens sind relativ selten; die Vermutungsdiagnose ist wegen ihrer hohen Radiosensibilität von Bedeutung. Im Falle der Inoperabilität soll die Strahlentherapie durchgeführt werden, welche zur Symptomfreiheit führen kann. Bericht über einen Fall von isoliertem Retothelsarkom des Magens (chirurgisch geheilt) sowie über einen Kranken mit generalisiertem Retothelsarkom, das auch im Magen manifest wurde und bei dem eine röntgenologische Vermutungsdiagnose möglich war. Beschreibung der gemeinsamen Symptome der Retothelsarkome des Magens, welche mit einer gewissen Wahrscheinlichkeit die röntgenologische Vermutungsdiagnose ermöglichen.

Summary

Retothelic sarcomas of the stomach are relatively rare. Because of their high sensitivity to radiation therapy it is important to make a probable diagnosis. If inoperable, radiation therapy must be applied which may lead to freedom from symptoms. The author gives a report of a case of isolated retothelic sarcoma of the stomach, (surgically cured) and of a patient with generalised retothelic sarcoma which became manifest also in the stomach, and in which a probable roentgenologic diagnosis could be made. Description is given of the common symptoms of retothelic sarcomas of the stomach which, within certain limits, make a probable roentgenologic diagnosis possible.

Les réticulo sarcomes de l'estomac sont relativement rares; le diagnostic présumé est important en raison leur grande sensibilité aux rayons. L'inopérabilité rend la radiothérapie nécessaire, ce traitement peut conduire à la disparition des symptômes. Rapport d'un cas de réticulosarcome de l'estomac (guéri chirurgicalement) et d'un malade présentant un réticulosarcome généralisé, qui fut aussi décelé dans l'estomac et dont le diagnostic présumé fut possible. Description des symptômes communs aux réticulosarcomes de l'estomac, symptômes qui permettent de poser ce diagnostic radiologique présumé parmi d'autres possibilités.

Resumen

Los sarcomas retotélicos del estómago son relativamente raros; el diagnóstico de probabilidad es importante porque se trata de un tumor de alta radiosensibilidad. En caso de inoperabilidad debe recurrirse a la radioterapia que puede determinar la desaparición de los síntomas. Se comenta un caso de sarcoma retotélico aislado del estómago (curado quirúrgicamente) así como un paciente con sarcoma retotélico generalizado, que se manifestó también en estómago, caso en el cual se pudo plantear un diagnóstico radiológico de probabilidad. Descripción de los síntomas generales del sarcoma retotélico del estómago que permiten el diagnóstico radiológico de cierta probabilidad.
