Zusammenfassung
Es wird über intrakardial gelegene Kalkschatten berichtet. Die in der Ventilebene
und in den Herzklappe gelegenen Kalkherde werden vom genetischen, diagnostischen und
vom topographischen Standpunkt aus betrachtet. Es wird der Versuch unternommen, von
der Form der Kalkablagerung auf die Ätiologie rückschließen zu können. Es folgen differentialdiagnostische
Bemerkungen zu anders lokalisierten Kalkherde im Herzen.
Summary
A report is given of intracardial calcium shadows. The calcium foci which are situated
in the plane of the valves and within the cusps themselves are considered from a genetic,
diagnostic and topographic point of view. An attempt is made to draw conclusions from
the type of the calcium deposits as related to the etiology. The differential diagnostic
aspects of other calcium shadows, which have a different location in the heart, are
also discussed.

Rapport concernant les calcifications intracardiaques. Examen des calcifications situées
darts le plan des valvules et dans les valvules elles-même, tant au point de vue formation
que genetic diagnostic et topographie. L'auteur propose de pouvoir déduire selon la
forme des calcifications l'étiologie de l'affection. Etude du diagnostic différentiel
des calcifications du coeur à autre localisation.
Resumen
Se describen imágenes de calcificación situadas dentro del corazón. Se consideran
estos focos de calcificación, situados a nivel de las válvulas, desde el punto de
vista genético, diagnóstico y topográfico. Se intenta sacar conclusiones etiológicas
de acuerdo a la forma del depósito cálcico. Siguen consideraciones diagnóstico-diferenciales
con respecto a otros focos de calcificación situados en otros sitios del corazón.
