Zusammenfassung
Es wird über einen Fall einer sogenannten intralobären Lungensequestration berichtet.
Der Begriff, die anatomischen Verhältnisse und die röntgenologischen sowie klinischen
Symptome der pathologischen Einheit werden besprochen. Auf das häufige Vorkommen von
zystischen Veränderungen in einem Lungenunterlappen ohne abnorme Vaskularisation wird
anhand von einem gleichzeitig beobachteten, röntgenologisch völlig durchuntersuchten
Fall hingewiesen.
Summary
A case of so-called intralobar pulmonary sequestration is reported. This concept is
discussed, together with the anatomical, radiological and clinical features of this
condition. The frequent occurrence of cystic changes in the lower lobes without abnormal
vascularisation is pointed out and illustrated by two cases which have been completely
investigated radiologically.

Communication d'un cas d'une «séquestration pulmonaire intralobaire». Exposition de
ce terme, des rapports anatomiques et radiologiques, ainsi que de la séméïologie clinique
de cette entité pathologique. L'auteur nous rend attentif à l'existence fréquente
de formations kystiques dans le lobe inférieur sans vascularisation spéciale, comme
deux cas simultanés et soumis à un examen radiologique très fouillé ont permis de
les démontrer.
